Conplaint:

My closing took place almost 2 months ago, and I already lost 40 punds to stress. I am a single mother who also takes care of her elderly mother, and my nigtmare started at the closing table (or even before). The closing was antedated 3 days, and the closing agent lied, and lied to me all the time. My mother, who is one of the Sellers was there with me.

A distracting conversation in Spanish with mother and the Loan Processor, who does not understand English, and the rapid movements of the closing agent who left the room several times to bring copies. He allowed me to read what he wanted me to read, and hurried me all the time by reading to me.....and lying, openly, all the time.

My mother gave me what they structured as a "gift of equity" of more than 70K, and I did not want an impound account. I signed papers that are not the same I left the closing office with. I was instructed to send the first payment to Ocwen without a coupon or statement before 30 days. I was forced to sign a humilliating 30 day letter stating that making my first payment in 30 days ws not a financial hardship for me.

Soon, I found out that my insurance agent name was not in the insurance paper they gave me to sign (a copy). The scrow amount will not be enough to pay the taxes next month, the same goes for the insurance. I was very naive, and ignorant, and in the middle of a family crisis, so I did not expected some kind of liason between the broker, the lawyers, the New Century mortgage co. and Ocwen. I got home and read the papers, the mortgage says that they might pay for my taxes and insurance out of their pocket, and add it to the principal.

I have a 2-arm with a fixed 9.75 that will go to variable after two years, the cap is about 17, the lowest interest, I remember I did manage to make that question in the middle of that fast, crowded closing, intentionally, now I believe...does not exist! So, I am already thinking of negative amortization on this 127K loan, plus these kinds of provisions for the payments of taxes and insurance. I will own more and more on my house... it is their plan. I sent a "qualified written request" to the broker, the mortgage company, and Ocwen.

I used Express Mail and have the proof with me. I talk to them over the phone and OK my mother to talk to them about my loan in Spanish. (Guess what, when I call them, or if they do it, I suddenly forget my English and speak only Spanish) Later on, the same date I was ready to send my first payment I got a second welcome letter from Ocwen (I got the first one at the closing table), greeting me, their new customer. They had assigned a new number to my loan because it was transferred "from them..... to themselves again, according to my papers..

I asked them about the whereabouts of my mortgage (my house has a market value of 275K) during the first part of the month, and after numerous calls and complains I was told they got the mortgage from some Goldman Sacks office. They never got my previous letters, or calls, since they "just got it" and it had a new number. Ocwen did not change its phone # but nobody remembered my previous calls. It was already the first of June, so I sent the payment over the phone from my bank ($10) (they make money by collecting these fees).

I never sent the payment before, out of fear.. Oh boy, I was right! No way to credit the payment to my mortgage if they did not have it and it was a new number. I asked them about my letters, my insurance, my taxes, etc. They don't know, no one knows. You are always lost with these people. Later, I found out they recorded my home papers the very same date they all got my "qualified written request. Very fishy! I went running to downtown and the papers there are "sligthly " different from mine. In legal lingo, that means I "sleep with the enemy" every

night.

They recorded the deed, but not the BIll of Sale ( for $10). I could not record my Bill of Sale because it was not original. I do not have too many originals, exactly. There are ryders there and other things that I never saw. Even stupidity has a limit! I went into their site, sendthem emails, and also contacted NEw Century Mortgage Company, who has a very "high opinion" about her business dealings. I write in my correspondence to them, things like " to no. xxxxx, or any other number that might be assigned to the loan secured by, and then here I write down the legal description of my property.

In the memo, "All rights reserved". They sell the houses of their victims on their own website. No one seems to notice that conflict of Interest! In their correspondence, they use the wording of a collection agency. I called Tallahassee and found out they have their own collection office within, and a license to "transfer moneys". Scared! They do not have a RE license, and contacting the Florida Real Estate Department is virtually imposssible in Florida.

I have noticed Fl Dpt of RE goes after the small fishes, and ignore the big criminals! So, there are avenues to complain about poor RE agents that work hard for a living and make some mistakes, but complaing about Ocwen or any mortgage servicer is higly difficul here in Fl. Why? My mother signed the letter to them as Witness and Seller. I think they found out she lives with me, because they do not want to talk to her over the phone, they only speak English now. I guess they want to take this witness out of the game.

I wrote a letter and sent copies to all my relatives and friends, in case something bad happens to me or to my family, Ocwens might be the responsible one. I make copies of everything and keep them in different places, I write to them just to build my huge file and document the larceny, misrepresentation, and pure abuse I am taking from that people. I can not afford a lawyer, and If I can, I can not trust one. So many sell they souls to these companies, as the lawyers of my closing agency! So, I'll go SOlO, and with you, my human fellows.

I requested a copy of my documents from Ocwen when they said they finally had it. ($5 per page) Fees, fees, fees, ...they want all kinds of fees, they want to bury you in debt. ( I made them look for the papers and when they called me to charge me, money first, and then, the mailing of my documents, I said I was not interested, cause I learned I am not to trust them anymore)After I made my first payment over the phone, they took an entire week to take the money from my bank account. I said I will not pay without an statement.

I don't know where I am, I got the feeling they like the equity of my house very much, and pretend to take it away from me. I will do what ever it takes to stop that! I am willing to go to the media, and destroy the house, and go to jail for the rest of my life, before they hurt my family. Since I am 50, latin, single, and uneducated, they classified this crime as easy..How wrong they are! The saddest part of all, all those families destroyed by this monster. What about the defenselesss little ladies, the poor men that worked like horses for their families, how many lives destroyed for this Devil?

How many children have been expelled from their homes? How many Made in Ocwen Homeless walking in the streets of our American cities? My heart is crying and goes out to all of you. Ocwen will not prevail! They got to pay for the grieving, and for the misery of so many! They will certainly do it! Ocwen, stupid Ocwen, I can only loose my home, you have a lot more to loose. There are so many in my posicion, the strongest one. OCWEN BEWARE!
