OCWEN FEDERAL BANK FSB is a ripoff fraud company that mistreats anconsumers. WEST PALM BEACH, Florida
Well, your all "NOT ALONE"! My family and I also have been victims of OCWEN FSB, They have sucessfully REMOVED us from our beautiful home that of which we lovingly cared for and totally renovated at our own expense, Now we have to live in our car, but lucky for us we own a boat so we will soon no longer be landlubbers. THEY STOLE OUR HOME! Both my husband and myself each took second jobs to pay for all the repairs, our goal was to have restored this old victorian, back to her glorious beauty. Well we were successful in doing so.
Only my husband became seriously ill, This is when our NIGHTMARE begain with OCWEN! We fell behind in our payments and they WERE NOT RECEPTIVE to any consideration concerning our plight!We did have a large amount of $$ in escrow, so we didn't worry to much we thought they would help instead the escrow money disappeard from our account they said we had no equity and that was that.I often to have thought of suing OCWEN,FSB I am an emotional wreck and cry daily at my families lost! my children also do not understand why we had to leave our beautiful home that we ALL so lovingly restored It's an outrage how can they get away with destroying human live.
cEspecially, where the children are concerned. I see people who do not even WORK OWN HOMES IT"S OUTRAGES!!!!!!! The last time I looked out what I thought was my living room window I think I saw an AMERICAN FLAG FLYING or was it? Something needs to be done to stop this Bad Business Practice, Or you could be "NEXT"! Please feel free to contacy US!!

Well I have tried but they won I have to leave my home by Friday can you believe it? I have a previous agreement with OCWEN, but they instead choose to send the sheriff even though I have abided by the rules which they have set forth, and promised to vacate the property they are still sending him my way so as to be certain I'm history so the next victim may step forth! Hum I guesss I lost the battle the next folks who purchase this home will soon also become their VICTIM!!!It's like a blood bath someone once told me could this be true? I feel as though this could be true, oh well life goes on and really who won the battle I shall survive and continue to enjoy all the fruits of my labors with or without my humble abode! I wish all of you the BEST OF LUCK on your civil action suit to bad for me it's to late, my ship has "SUNK" so to speak I'm without a lifejacket! That's because thanks to OCWEN I'm HOMELESS gee I even worked for 34 years of my life always striving for the "AMERICAM DREAM" homeownership, now if that's not a slap will someone please wake me when this nightmare is over. If not I guess I'll join thr ranks of "RIP VON WINKLE" If someone knows of away of retaliation for me please enlighten me I certainly would appreciate some advice!!!!!!! Maybe I could file a class action, is it to late? By the way Housing & Urban Development HUD (1990) originally had my loan? ANY QUESTIONS?
