Ocwen Federal Bank Beware Ocwen Taking over servicing of Washington Mutual ripoff Orlando Florida
I dont know whether everyone is aware but Ocwen has a mortgage software company. Aint that a laugh! One is in Brentwood, Tn. You can read about it on www.OTX.com.
I was reading it the other day and clicked on to RealTrans. The article said they are taking over the servicing of Washington Mutual. They are not a sub prime lender but we all know after Ocwen gets a hold of them their credit will be ruined.
Oh wait a minute, they might not get treated as second class citizens like us.Isnt that what that Ocwen Employee said they were told to treat us.
If you know anyone who has a loan with Washington Mutual please warn them. We had some freinds that did and we warned them right away so maybe they wouldnt get in our shoes.
Please anyone working on a Lawsuit let us know. We are working with a firm in DC that specializes in these kinds of cases. It will be better if we all can join together.
My understanding is once you get it certified you caan then advertise. There is no telling how many are out there that dont know about this site. I talked to one of Ocwens wonderful employees today. He was screaming at me over the phone about getting something in writing. I beleive he is the one that needs to get me something in writing.
They say I owe them a large amount of money but they cant seem to tell me what its for. I have requested an itemized statement for my Lawyer to reveiw so we can dispute it. Ocwen does not seem to understand you can not dispute if you do not know what you are disputing.
I talked with some Reps at Wells Fargo the other day. They were so polite and caring I did not know how to feel, Ive been dealing with Ocwen so long.

Ocwen Technology Xchange, Inc. (OTX), a subsidiary of Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE:OCN) announced today that the Washington Mutual Home Loans and Insurance Services group will utilize its REALTrans(sm) platform to order many of the real estate settlement services necessary to close a mortgage transaction. All this says is Wash Mutual will be using some of their software. Don't give me a heart attack.!!!!!! I feel for you all and know these guys will fall soon.
