Ocwen federal bank Ocwen federal bank to my land after I used,my own money for down payment so that if I couldn't keep my house I would have my land to put something cheaper on it. But I guess they wAnted money for there pocket Orlando fl Nationwide
Ocwen took my land after I used my own money for down payment and I was suppose to have disability insurance if one of use passed away the house was paid for they didn't do that either bc my husband passed away and they still took my land and house but I still have the deed to the land and it's no good to me I guess somebody needed money for there pocket.

Please do some research. I don't like OCWEN eiither but you need to research how a mortgage and mortgage default works. If you finance a property, you are pledging both the land and the house as collateral for the loan. When a lender finishes foreclosing on the property, the ownership is transferred from you to the bank. In no instance can the bank ggive you a real estate loan without the land.
