"Ocwen services over 350,000 loans and there are how many complaints on this website about them? About 900? That's an extreamly small percentage." Not acceptable, Beatriz. Get out that Six Sigma handbook and see what it says about "extreamly small percentages" (and bad spelling). "So please people, make your payments on time and you won't get late charges or marks on your credit report." So please Ocwen, credit our on-time payments in a timely manner and we won't get late charges or marks on our credit report. And you won't have 900+/- complaints at Rip-OffReport.com! "agree to a forbearance plan so you can get caught up". Whahahaha! Ocwen forbearance plans are designed to suck the last penny from our bank accounts, retirement plans, 401k's, and relatives. After all resources are drained dry, Ocwen will then file foreclosure anyway. Ocwen is a bottomless pit and very hungry for fees. I'd be willing to bet that the whole company operates entirely on fee income, with no need for the revenues paid by those it "(non)services" for. "Do you know what sub-prime means?" We know what it is SUPPOSED to mean, but studies have shown that a high percentage of people who were given subprime loans were actually eligible for prime loans. This is due partly to the unholy alliances formed between lending companies and servicers (take the New Century/Ocwen "deals" as an example). Fact is, there are just so many more lovely fees generated by dabbling in subprime, more opportunities to rip-off consumers. Bottom feeders like Ocwen just cannot resist it. "Quit whining and go make your house payment so you won't be foreclosed on!" Quit attempting to defend the indefensible and go find a real job before you are told you have to move to India in order to retain your position. You, too, can be outsourced. OCWEN ITSELF is a subprime, substandard deadbeat that does not pay its court ordered judgments. Look in Summit County, Ohio in re: Miskell(Case #2004-03-1388 granted on June 7, 2004 by Judge Williams in the amount of $97,456.00). At last check, this judgment remains unpaid by Ocwen. Ocwen does lose, and lose big, after which it simply ignores the judgment. Which should bring about immediate foreclosure (or just "closure"). Don't point the "subprime" finger unless you yourself are blameless. It can backfire. And just how many of those $11.00 checks did Ocwen have to cut? If Ocwen paid, Ocwen LOST; case closed! So, duh, get on your broom and ride out, Beatriz, before we all come to foreclose on that cesspit you seem to be so proud to work in.

Ocwen services over 350,000 loans and there are how many complaints on this website about them? About 900? That's an extreamly small percentage. Also, in the last class action lawsuit that Ocwen "lost" guess how much money went to the complaintants? $11.00 each! I know because I helped put the payments together! So please people, make your payments on time and you won't get late charges or marks on your credit report. If you're having problems and have missed a payment or two, agree to a forbearance plan so you can get caught up. It's that simple! Ocwen services sub-prime mortgages. Do you know what sub-prime means? Mortgages given to credit risks. So, duh, if you couldn't even get a good rating when getting your mortgage, what makes you think your situation is going to get better if you make your payments late or not at all. Quit whining and go make your house payment so you won't be foreclosed on!
