Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
What I have been going through with Ocwen has been really stressful for two years..... They have been charging me late fees every month for the past two years.... My principle has not gone down for the last six months...

It says on my payment stub that my mortgage payments are due on the 13th of every month....I have a 15 day grace period as I'm sure everyone does..My payments arrive every month before the 28th...and they still charge me late fees...I will admit that I have made 3 or 4 payments after the 28th...

As it stands now I owe $450..in late fee charges... I've been reluctant to pay that because i feel that they are ripping me off.... Theres not a day that goes by that I dont think about the way they are treating me...every month it makes me sick to my stomach to open up any mail from Ocwen..because the numbers keep going up..I feel like my back is up against the wall and their is no way to get out...

This is just one of the many things that they are doing to me..I would get into my propoerty tax dilema but I would have a hard time explaining that to you over the internet. I would appreciate if someone can try to help me out with this situation.. I've been living in my house for 9 years and I am not about to give it up now..just because Ocwen has more power and authority than me...

And Im sure thers a lot of people out there who feel the same way..Im just a blue collar worker trying to make ends meet..and they are not making it easy for me!!!!!I am sick and tired of getting ripped off.

I wish there were more class action lawsuits against this company. I don't understand why they are still in business.

I met with my lawyer today to discuss my problems with them, and the first thing he said to me was "I am looking into filing a class action lawsuit against them, tell me your story". As soon as I find out if and when he is going thru with this, I plan on asking him if I can post it here, because I know plenty of people in Ohio need help. Stay tuned!!!

Hi Bobby, I see that you live in Cleveland, OH. My name is Mark and I am the director of the East Side Organizing Project (ESOP). We are part of a national agreement with Ocwen that has helped dozens of Cleveland area homeowners in just the last year. I would encourage you to check out our website (www.esop-cleveland.org), click the "resources" tab, download and complete the Ocwen Hot Spot Card and Financial Information Form and send it back to us. Please note, we are a non-profit community organization. There are NO fees for our help but we do ask you to become involved in our organizing efforts by attending meetings and/or volunteering for the organization. While this agreement is with eight cities, ESOP will work with anyone living in the NE Ohio area. If not from that area, please feel free to drop me a line and I can let you know if there is a community group in your community. Finally, we also have similar relationships with Citifinancial, SPS, Homecomings, Litton and Ameriquest/Argent/AMC Servicing. Sincerely, Mark Seifert Executive Director East Side Organizing Project 12002 Miles Ave. Cleveland, OH 44105 tel: 216-429-0757 fax: 216-641-0286 email: [email protected] web: www.esop-cleveland.org
