I wish there were more class action lawsuits against this company. I don't understand why they are still in business.

I met with my lawyer today to discuss my problems with them, and the first thing he said to me was "I am looking into filing a class action lawsuit against them, tell me your story". As soon as I find out if and when he is going thru with this, I plan on asking him if I can post it here, because I know plenty of people in Ohio need help. Stay tuned!!!

Hi Bobby, I see that you live in Cleveland, OH. My name is Mark and I am the director of the East Side Organizing Project (ESOP). We are part of a national agreement with Ocwen that has helped dozens of Cleveland area homeowners in just the last year. I would encourage you to check out our website (www.esop-cleveland.org), click the "resources" tab, download and complete the Ocwen Hot Spot Card and Financial Information Form and send it back to us. Please note, we are a non-profit community organization. There are NO fees for our help but we do ask you to become involved in our organizing efforts by attending meetings and/or volunteering for the organization. While this agreement is with eight cities, ESOP will work with anyone living in the NE Ohio area. If not from that area, please feel free to drop me a line and I can let you know if there is a community group in your community. Finally, we also have similar relationships with Citifinancial, SPS, Homecomings, Litton and Ameriquest/Argent/AMC Servicing. Sincerely, Mark Seifert Executive Director East Side Organizing Project 12002 Miles Ave. Cleveland, OH 44105 tel: 216-429-0757 fax: 216-641-0286 email: [email protected] web: www.esop-cleveland.org
