Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had purchased a property and the owner financed the loan. I made a large down payment on the property and before I made the first annual payment the loan was sold to  Ocwen Federal Bank FSB.
Ocwen contacted me and informed me they had purchased the loan. The first statement I recieved from Ocwen had a 535.50 and a 148.50 advance included for insurance and credit search fees.

I sent the annual payment amount that I agreed to with the owner and contacted Ocwen and was informed that the credit search was normal and they had searched for a insurance policy and did not find one so they took out a policy for me.

I sent Ocwen a copy of my insurance several times and they still have not recieved a single one of them. I was charged between 500.00 and 1200.00 dollars a year for insurance that I was carrying myself.

Then they charged me 150.00 dollars to do a tax search and paid over 5500.00 dollars of my back taxes that were paid up to date. My original loan agreement has a 18% interest fee on advances clause which at the time did not matter because I keep all my debts paid in a timely manner.

After no telling the amount of time spent on the phone and typing letters I get a period of silence from Ocwen. Thinking that my efforts had paid off I relaxed a little only to get a letter from Complete Cash Flow Services LLC.

When I explained the problem to CCFS LLC I was informed that I would have to take the matter up with Ocwen. When I contacted Ocwen they informed me the loan had been sold and to take the matter up with the current lien holder. I have tried to talk with both parties with no relief in the over charges and interest that is building at 18%.

The a couple of weeks ago I recieved a letter from Complete Asset Management Inc. in reference to Allied Servicing Corporation account with the same loan number as CCFS LLC stating that Allied Servicing Corporation Inc is a collection agency trying to collect a debt owed to CCFS LLC.

There is not a doubt in my mind that CCFS LLC and Complete Asset Management Inc are one in the same. What I do not know is if they are both Ocwen Federal Bank FSB.

My loan interest is 7% but with the advances and 18% interest I am in a downward spiral and with the current economy I am destined to impact the ground soon.

I believe that the companies are related somehow and that I am not the only person in this country that these so called mortgage companies are doing this type of theft to. I am almost out of options so today I searched Ocwen Federal Bank FSB and was I ever surprised to find the information that is on the internet about them.

This is my first step in what I hope is the right direction. When I finish this I intend to search the other two companies to see what kind of reputation they have. Any and all help in this matter will be welcomed with open arms.

 Thank You For your time.
