Ocwen Federal Bank - FSB - William C Erbery ripoff fraudulent billing, dishonest loan servicing, fraudluent reporting West Palm Beac, Florida
We've dealt with Ocwen for over 25 years.Recently the home went into foreclosure, although we tried to prevent it, even had a buyer.They wouldn't accept the offer.
We asked how much would it be to bring it current, when they added attorney's fees, late charges, etc, the amount was more than we could afford.We asked for a payoff quote which was more than the original price! None of the payments went toward the principal or interests!
Ocwen reported to the credit bureau, not only the foreclosure status but an addtional amount more than half of the listed price they're asking!
