Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was not returned my Rd blood after donating last week resulting in me passing out.twice and being revived after I came to I was treated like I had done something wrong. first excuse I didn't drink enough water followed by I was eating correctly i still was given my red blood back and was embarrassedly rushed out the back door. last statement to me was that because of that employee mistake I was deferred and could not return til I was contacted by them could be weeks could be months, after I made it to my car I was so sick took me half an hour to even be able to see clearly to leave the parking lot running over a block of cement holding a light as a reminder of how off I was .

When I finnaly made it home and told some people what had happened they all agreed I was treated horribly wrong like I had done something to make.that happen to me to make their employees not follow procedure and let me get up without returning my blood. i also forgot.to mention how these employee allowed and watched and condoned me being on the actual plasma machine with it just barely doing anything for approximately 4 hours, I watched a dozen groups of people come donate and leave while I still layed there so weak and I finally had to say something because it felt like my bladder was about to explode so this so called wee trained employee stood there wiggling that needle around in my vein trying to right her wrong til she finnaly gave in and said we're ganna have to stick your other arm. I told her about having to pee so bad she didn't even hesitate to smack her lips and tell me to hurry up and run to the br. I made about 20 steps I blacked out briefly hit the ground and immediatly picked myself back up. I tried to proceed and the next memories I have are of the staff surrounding me trying to revive me. apparently my blood pressure had bottomed out but they immediatly began with the reasons why I had done something wrong to contribute to this. then when I informed them the employee had let me up and not returned my bloody the smirked and talked amongst themselves about how that's not ever supposed to occur that the employees knew that and asked had she even explained the risk of what happened to me.

absolutely not I feel this employees negligence and just uncaring attitude is fully to blame for this and that she personally should receive an infraction and proper training before continuing to play the role of experienced phlebotomist. she didn't even acknowledge me after she did this. guess maybe an apology may have helped but to make this tramatic experience even worse is now I am more or less being punished or deferred due to this irresponsible incompetent unsypethetic so called highly trained employee. how does your company allow this is this common actions for employees negligence. does this company take responsibility and try to right their wrongs? Or should I seek assistance elsewhere. someone needs to address this because it will happen to someone else if allowed to continue. to have total disregard to company procedure and protocol. btw I still haven't been contacted or checked on about this punishment deferral.

I've never had any health issues not even a broken bone. I am 36 years old 180 lbs and I absolutely do eat and drink water correctly. I personally also think the highly trained nurses.i assume who revived me should have been a little more concerned if I was ok before rushing me out the back door with my red blood still in their hi tech machine. who is ganna answer about this who is responsible. I have dark hideous purple and black bruises all the way up down and around my arm from where she professionally dug around in my arm vein to try and make her mistake work by any means necessary. also to the staff who was on the donation floor does anyone actually monitor how long andoner isn actually laying on that gurney with life being drained from then. I may not know the proper time length allowed but I'm almost positive a paitient should not be allowed to donate for over four hours. is anyone going to help is anyone going to address this does.anyone care
