Here is what happened:

 I booked through hotels.com for 8/29 – 8/31 under Shelly Johnson and received an email saying that the card was declined and that we couldn’t be accomodated.  This was under Shelly Johnson in card ending in 7966.  The email indicated that b/c the card was declined we did not have a reservation.  Then my card was actually charged $62.10.  I need this refunded. They did not refund and would not take or return my calls.

  1. I booked directly through you for the same dates 8/29 – 8/31 and then later cancelled the reservation – which they said they refunded $69, but I did not receive the refund.
  2. B/c we decided we only needed one night, we booked a reservation under Elliot Minnick through hotels.com for 8/30 – 8/31.  We also received an email indicating the card was declined, and that we don’t have a reservation.  He was then charged $61 for that reservation with his credit card ending in 2031 - he needs $61 to be refunded.  If you need the last 4 to refund, let me know and I will get that from him (he is at work now)
  3. I then called directly in to the hotel and booked a night for 8/30 – 8/31 for Elliot Minnick.  The day after I booked this I cancelled due to the horrible customer service and requested a refund, which they did not honor.
