Complaint Review: Oc welch ford Lincoln in Beaufort sc - Hardeevle South Carolina

To start off with I'm letting everybody know I'm offering a 2500 dollar reward to the theives that stole my car 

here we go

febuary 18 2015 I entered the oc dealership going to trade my 11 month old 15000 mile having 25000 value Chevy cammaro in for a mustang or at least that is what I hoped to do what did happen is still boggling my mind

i went inside the dealership working with the owners son chip welch he wanted my keys to value my car just like they always do when you have a trade well they even pulled that old we hold them

for hostage deal by keeping their keys chips manager went with chip to check my car out that was parked in the way at the end of their driveway coming in I parked it their on purpose I figured I would park in the open and nobody would hit my car everybody cos see it at the very entrance to the oc dealership well that is and was the least of my worries 

Dave the manager took my keys to his desk to keep me from just getting up and leaving its a little trick they use to try and work out the deal buy more time and when we couldn't get where I neede to be I asked for my keys and sure enough he pulled the old Dave got a customer he has your keys when he gets done I'll grab them well we did some more talking and I refused the deal I want my keys well me and my wife walked the dealership over and over I noiticed Dave dihging and digging well we brought the other key we had two we were going to give them the other if we decided to trade well we say there seemed like for ever since we arrived at 130 it's now 430

im telling them I have to get home to take my son to church he's big into it and I can use my spare  that's when they asked did I move the car I said Dave I've been in their with chip waiting on you and my key and before that I was in the office with chip I didn't have time to move it and besides that if I made it to my car I would have been gone not sitting here

then he informs me I parked in the way of semis unloading and one of the guys moved it to stock inventory

i thought nothing of it made since to me

well after calling everybody that had at he because this has run to the edge of dark I was  informed nobody moved it and somebody must have stolen it !!!! I was like wowo who goes to a dealership to have their still new car stolen it's unbeliveable 

but I have the jasper county police report to prove it and I had to make them call the cops they were like call the cops why? 

Anyway they did feel bad enough to give me a car to go home in then one day and half later called to bring it back 

I walked in the dealership right beside oc himself he didn't even look or acknowledge me I just knew after seeing all the rewards he offers for killers that have gotten away with murider for a while! And then his moms car was stolen years ago he was on the news every five minutes trying to catch them so on the ride up there I kept telling my wife man I can't wait to see what he has come up with in terms of a deal to catch the ones that stole from HIM in broad daylight stole from his dealership not somebody he didn't know or his mom but him I just knew he was going to put it out and catch them ha I was fooled I went in there Friday to have them tell me they knew I needed a new car now and they could knock it down a few points to get me into a new car I said Dave you are going to have to go LOW he actEd confused he  was like your insurance is pating for your car you have no Worries I got mad then it was nine of his concern what my insurance was paying for he didn't pay my premiums he then asked me to a small office where he informed me that in no way we're they nor did they feel responsible for my car getting stolen I made the comment about getting a lawyer that is when he asked me to leave 

I've waited long enough for oc welch to do the right thing or at least everybody I have talked to says he was wrong for not getting invved in such a  matter as this

be honest with him offering rewards for killer  he don't know I thought the world of him and often told my wife I like to buy a car from him but my personal opinion which I'm entitled to in this great country of ours is that he feels like it's been so long and such little evidence that he can offer big money because the odds. Are slim and few for finding the killers he gets airtime for free and he advertises at the same time I may be absolutely wrong I hope I am but after my ordeal with seeing oc I am queationing the integrity. 

Anyway they hey found my car the night it was stolen in savannah georgia they had to do the Pittman maneuver to get driver to stop sent him thru a fence and just totaled my car!!!

im stuck payimg the difference in insurances higher intrest rate I went from a 2.7 intrest to 9, something having to clean out my savings and trading in my motorcycle just to get the car where I could make payments on two cars

but hey how many people can say they went to buy a car gave one away still having to pay for it walk away really and get stuck buying a car that costs you more and not any where what u had or wanted just by listening to the dealers own commercial ha go see oc 

you better go walking and with a pocket full of Vaseline people because if it happened to me it sure as hell can happen to you when the people your dealing with care nothing about you just your $money
