Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In 2002, a company by the name of Oasis Promotions, which was a branch of DS-MAX, really screwed a lot of people over. What happened was, the company would get us all crazy at morning meetings. They would be all hyper with all this crap, chanting slurs like "Juice for you" and other juice things.

Then, they would divide us up, and, make us go all over North Carolina, to all the Walmart's, to get Walmart credit card Applications filled out. My friend and I drove these DS people, who claimed they were from LA, everywhere. They never gave us any money for gas, or travel time, or anything else, for that matter. My friend and I were kinda weirded out by the adrenline rushes of these poeple. When we worked these people seemed like they just snorted a kilo of coke. They would demand Walmart customers to fill out applications, while they threw some stupid free-bee at them. They lied to people and said that the credit card application would not put on credit points. They told my friend and I that for every application we would get a dollar commission. We worked all day, sometimes over eight hours, not even including the travel time. Over the course of two weeks, we must have got a thousand applications filled out, each. Then we came in bright and early one day, and we were asked to drive these guys three hours away, again no money up front. I said, hell no, because we were supposed to get our $1000 dollar paycheck but never recieved on the previous Friday. We both quit on the spot.

Then, the next day, we went there and demanded our paychecks, they said they did not have any money. We called the police, on the spot. The police got there and we told them what was going on. But, the police said it was a civil manner and they could not do anything to help us. I told the cops that that was ridiculous and asked if they could at least write down the DS peoples names from thier licences, so I could know who I am going to sue. Then, this guy that worked there, who claimed to be Jason Kruger, talked to the police and made my friend and I sound like we were insane. The police made us leave the premise, claiming that they would lock us up for harrasment if we did not leave. We were pissed, but we left.

When we got home we called Wal-Mart Corporation, in Texas. We filed a complaint against DS Max, but Wal-Mart had no idea that DS-MAX was even involved with Wal-Mart credit cards in any way. The next day, my friend and I went back to the Oasis (DS-MAX) again, in search of our paychecks. To our surprise the whole place was gone! There was no funiture or any evidence that they even existed, other than the sign that read oasis promotions that was glued to the building. I went to a lawyer that day, and he said I could not sue something that I could not find. To this day, this was three years ago, I am still pissed that I got taken like that. (Even if it was only for a couple of weeks.)

I can not remember the names of the people that worked there other than Jason Kruger. There was also a blond girl with big b***s and freckles, a African American that I believed was named Leonard, Some guy that was actaully from Africa, I do not remember his name. And, the runner of the show a s****.>
