Hello, consumers this company sent out a rep to my sister and she purchased an agreement for her self, and bought a month of service for me as a gift.

When I received the water and cooler the next day the rep asked me if I could write a post dated check for the next month. And if I did not like the service that I could cancel.(all the water you could drink for 37.99)

Three weeks went by and no water was delivered to my house!

So I called to cancle service and I was told by their account service mananger (melissa) that they had a contract and would not cancel(I DID NOT SIGN A CONTRACT).

I was asked to fax a copy of my driver's licence for proof of signature, and when they did not match I was told we will not cancel or send you a copy of the contract

This company turned a single dated check into a draft and fradulanty taking money from my bank act.,

NOW THAT IS BAD BUSINESS.

All the Water you "Drank" not can "Drink"

The owner of O'Premium Water, Frank M. Leonesio, the previous owner of the "Q Sports Club", has shown in this new venture of his, that his intentions are to grow the business so fast and show such a large "Customer Base" he can sell it off for a profit by misleading the public. I think many customers are mezmorized, as I was by the "All you Can Drink" plan. For example: A customer signs up using their credit card or checking account to start service because of the automatic payment plan they insist on. Starting off with 2-3 Bottles of water, They are charged a flat fee every month for the replacement of only the empty bottles they drank. If you want any bottles delivered above and beyond what you drank, those bottles are charged as extra. Also if a customer only drank 1 bottle that month its still 30.00 a month. And I am also wondering how come they can advertise on television a $29.95 "All the water you can drink plan" But if you own a business the price is higher.? What differance does that make if it's a home or office, it's still "All the Water". This really excites/but blindsides many business accounts. O Water will bring a package deal to many buyers for 158.00 /Month....little do they know in December when they only need 1 Empty Bottle replaced their Bill is still 158.00., Because that's all the water they Drank! Some day they will disappear, they all do. And I feel regret for those cheated customers.
