I was at the game on Tues, May 3, 2016, My seats were located in Section 19, Row 16.Seat 1 and 2. The value of the tickets were $189 each. (2 tickets) When I got there another fan was sitting in one of the seats next to the seat of my ticket. Eventually the stupid fan in one of my seats moved down. However that was just the beginning of it.
He also has taken one of the rally towels left on the seats for the fans. When I sat down I was squished in my seat due to the fact that this other fan is sitting with his legs crossed. Then I notice he has a marijuana cigarette in his hand. Not lit yet. I informed security nothing was done. When I went to use the 'bathroom there was cigarette smoke in the bathroom near section 19. I am very allergic to smoke from cigarettes.
I informed security again nothing was done. Latter when I went back to my seat I see beer spilled on the floor by the fan next to me and beer also spilled on the top of the seat in front of him. Security was informed by me nothing was done about this. Then I witnessed this same fan throwing garbage on the steps to my right and this same fan threw popcorn at other fans as well that were seated below us and to the right.
During the game the usher disciplined the fan about touching a tv camera but did not eject him yet. A few minutes latter I noticed he lit the marijuana cigarette and it was on the ground near his seat. I again told security and left my seat and stood behind the other seats further up near a tv camera on my left.
Security did not do anything to remove this fan until it started to smell like marijuana as I stood up near the tv camera on my left since at this point I did not want to be near this idiot. At that point the usher called security and asked me to identify this stupid fan and then told me to go back to my seat. How could I possibly go back to my seat now that this idiot fan and his companion knew I complained about his friend.
If I went back to my seat I risk being physically assaulted by his friend due to my informing security about his friend smoking pot in the arena which lead to his friend being ejected. At that point I had no choice but to leave that section altogether and stand in another section for the last 20 minutes of the game.
