Hello everyone. I too got an unexpected billing from this NSS Magazine subscription company. I called their 800 number only to find an automated voice. However, I figured out, if you keep saying options the voice doesn't give you, then eventually you'll get transferred to a live operator.
I was billed on November 1 and the lady told me a credit was issued yesterday (november 9), so I'm awaiting that and I guess I"ll see if I get an actual credit.
