Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
As a frugal spender, when I began to search for a new LCD/Plasma television my first stop was eBay. I happened across SEVERAL auctions that were almost too good to be true; 32" to 40" HD LCD televisions with the Buy It Now Price of $9.99. I decided to bid, hey, no problem if I'm out ten bucks.

I made my payment promptly using my paypal account and visa card, a few minutes later I received a refund. Somewhat confused by the seller's unwillingness to accept my payment, I made a second attempt to pay, his reply;

"NRK Distribution, Inc. ([email protected]) has issued you a full or partial refund for your payment.

Please do not reply to this email. Email sent to this address cannot be answered.

Message From Seller:

Take your $9.99 and shove it up your a*s!"

Quaint to say the least. I left him feedback regarding his prickish response and attempted one last time to make a payment;

"Well, if you insist on giving us money - that's fine. You're still not getting the TV.

Thanks again for the $10 bucks - sucker :)

HK"

He explained that he had made a 'simple mistake' when posting the listing, on that television as well as the 3 others I happened across but neglected to bid upon. He played tough up until I filed a paypal claim against him and threatened to file the transaction as fradulent on my Visa Card then crumpled. He quipped back with some snide remarks about his station in life being worlds better then mine, read the correspondence for yourself.

My reply from the above email:

HK;

I look forward to the ensuing paypal and ebay action against you, as well as the fradulent transaction I will be filing with my bank and Visa tomorrow.

His reply:

The auction was obviously a mistake. Anyone with half a brain would have realized that. Do you really expect us to ship to a $1500 TV for $10? On top of that ship it to you overnight? Get real.

Have fun wasting your time tomorrow with ebay, paypal, visa, the police, the US Supreme Court, etc...

All I have to do is agree to refund the $10 you insist on giving me and everything is over.

I run and own a multimillion dollar company and am very busy. I don't have time to waste with a begger like you. However, I have to admint - you are amusing me :)

Anyway, if $10 is all you can afford then I would recommend visiting the Goodwill. I hear they have all types of *&*& for $10 bucks. You might even be able to pickup two tvs for $10. One for your cardboard box and one for the porter-poty you use.

Have a nice day - I really hope things pickup for you.

It's good to see that you made it this far in life with a foul mouth and a prickish attitude. Sales Manager for Dell Computers, pal. I'm going to keep pursuing this and you'll be happy to know I'm submitting this whole ordeal to Rip-Off Reports. Regardless of your station in life and your supposed "accomplishments" you made a GROSS error on four auctions, not one, four, and you are backing out. I'll be sure to campaign to have your power-seller status removed and see what else I can do about making sure you learn about taking responsibility for your actions. Here's an interesting and parallel situation; I quote a shipment of 20 laptops for half of their price, my mistake, but the ethical and responsible thing to do would be to honor the afore mentioned transaction. I may have to pay $20,000 in difference or may lose my job, I guess that's the difference between Dell Computers and NRKD; responsibility and maturity. I look forward to continued correspondence with you regarding your mistake.

Just as a final note, regardless of one's income a deal is a deal. The fact that you resorted to name-calling and mudslinging regarding an ebay transaction shows that your business is seriously crippled. A multi-million dollar company fighting for $1,490, laughable.

No worries, you'll be the second or third to know. Shouldn't you be out running your multi-million dollar company, or are you too busy ripping other people off?

His Reply:

Lol, you're funny.

Dell eh? I should have known. Your company is performing like &*&*. Because of you people my HP stock is going to the moon.

Thanks again

HK

My Reply:

Tony;

Wow, I didn't know a grown adult could act like a foul-mouthed child. I wouldn't know about Dell performing poorly, they pay me well enough and my stocks are doing great. It's funny that you run this huge company, 5-10 employees, and you have the time to handle this with feigned impudence. Most desperate, intellectual degenerates grope blindly for some sort of catalyst for an argument; keep groping pal.

His Reply:

I am curious about one thing...

How did you get 4 auctions with $10 buy it nows? You might want to do some more research before filing your reports with the FBI or was it CIA - I can't remember.

HK

My Reply:

Tony;

Since you have yet to correct me regarding your name, I'm to assume that I am correct in my very brief research.

I didn't bid on all 4 auctions, only 1, but there were 4 other auctions that you had listed under similarly fishy circumstances. Now you can go back to running your 'large' company and I can go back to hunting for a Goodwill buy. Your mother would be ashamed of you for attacking such a fine and generous institution as Goodwill/Salvation Army. By the way, for the illiterate, there were no three lettered acronyms slung about in our correspondence, only Rip-off Reports.

-Robert

His Reply:

Alright Robert, have a good night. I'm off to bed.

Good luck with filing your complaints.

Thanks

HK

This charming gentleman's name is Tony Kermali and, as evident in his correspondence, he is a foul-mouthed cretin and a pock on the face of eBay. Beware purchasing online or in person with this guy, I'm going to pursue this until this guy has his Power Seller status removed or I have a TV in my "Cardboad house and porter-poty".
