1. NRG took weeks to respond to service calls.
2. NRG did not properly install A/C equipment. NRG claims a manufacturer default for the coil, but it is a combination of a manufacturer default and technician error. For example, copper lines were observed to not be welded.
3. Coolant leaked in our home and was released into the environment. Coolant had to be "topped-off" and re-filled several times.
4. NRG has not provided information disclosing a report to the EPA or AQMD about the coolant release.
5. NRG did not complete the original A/C installation for 7 months.
6. NRG is trying to pass any costs along to the customer.
Overall, NRG service was very poor and untimely.
