Phoenix,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Tue, December 13, 2005
I am glad to see that you are all doing something to put this company and its owner in place. For those of you who have not looked at the BBB web site, NPMG has had 57 complaints in the last 3 years and 25 in the last 12 months. Most get resolved through deception and the reading of the fine print in the contracts you signed. Do a search on the Arizona Superior Courts web page http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/docket/civil/caseSearch.asp to see how many law suits NPMG is actually in for suing former employees and losing. It seems that some companies have tried to sue NPMG before, but are not successful for whatever reason. Best of luck.

Can you please let me know who is the contact person & phone # at NPMG that agreed to it ? We did all the things mentioned in your email, but just can't get the right person to commit to accepting their processing machine back & releasing our lease.

We filled several complains to the AZ Attorney General with the online form and we then UPS a hard copy. We also submitted complains to the BBB, and FTC. We sent several copies of letters stating the turn of events. Every event is well documented and we managed to get confirmation of faxes, telephone calls of every event and conversation that has taken place. Today NPMG called and stated they will chargeback our lease with CIT. However they need the processing machine back in order to dissolve our lease. Today the unit is going out UPS with a tracking number and insurance on the unit. I will keep you guys updated on these turn around of events. Right now it looks like NPMG is taking the ethical resolution to solve this matter, which is making us satisfied.

Losses are typically to small to justify an attorney, but too big for small claims court. AZ has a Justice Court for claims up to $10,000. For $60.00 you can file a claim against NPMG and Lance Morris and your salesman. I would include the total cost of your lease and of the monthly minimum NPMG charges for the term of your agreement and any other related costs in your claim. That would probably be in the range of $8,000 to $10,000. Then use your court award to pay the lease and minimums off and go find a better card service provider. And keep using the term FRAUD in all of your correspondence and legal actions

I just went through all the same stuff with NPMG and CIT Financial. I filed detailed fraud complaints with Phoenix Better Business Bureau, AZ Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and the CEO's of JP Morgan Chase Bank and HSBC Bank. I invited them all to visit this website to see how widespread the problem is. Yesterday NPMG called to release me from all agrements and leases as soon as I returned the credit card equipment which I have kept unopened since being delivered. They faxed me a copy of their letter to the AZ Attorney General telling them that they were releasing me from all agreements and leases I'm returning the equipment today!

Hello: I have the same issues, NPMG even hold my company fund for 2 months now. A ripoff report is filed couple days ago. Please file a complaints with ftc, www.ftc.gov , My ftc complaint Ref No. 7125888. If we log enough complaints to ftc, AZ & CA attorney general. They will investigate and stop them. How can we sue NPMG for damage?
