I purchase 96 Toyota Avalon. Jackie the rip off sales ladie don't know nothing about those cars, she act like she knew about the car to you. She will lie to you straight in your face. Beware of her DO NOT trust her. As I drove the car home it start smoking real bad, my skin felt like it was on fire. It even looked at though the car was on fire, so I took it to the nearest car wash and put water on the inside where the motor was. These people put my life in danger. I even call and spoke with Jackie the sale ladie, she act as though she did not care, she kept telling me that the owner was not their to call back in three day. What the F%ck! three days and that car almost cost me my life. So the next day I called No So New back talking with Jackie again, she kept telling me that the owner was not their. I told her that I took the car to my Mechanic who been in business for over 40 years that they said it was a lemon, and that they could not do anything with the care, they suggest that I take the car back and get a refund or pick out another car. By this time I don't trust them. I want all my money back.
By the way when I went up to pay for the car the lady in the window did not go over my title with me, she flip it over for me to sign, and that was it. She did not tell me that the car I purchase was from a salvage yard period. If she would have told me up front I would not have purchased that car. So she did not mention that to me at all.
So I call back to NOT SO NEW LLC the next day, they blocked my number or me from calling them. So later that day I talk with a guy, don't know his name. he told me that I was waisting my time that I will never get a refund from them. I told him that I was going to tow that car back to them, so when I tow it back they refused to take the car and told the tow guy to take it some where that they did not want the car. I finally told the tow guy to have it towed over to my sister house.
People BEWARE OF NOT SO NEW LLC they will rip you off. Right now I talking with a attorney to recover ALL, and I mean ALL of my Money. I GAVE IT TO HIM IN HUNDRED DOLLOR BILLS AND I WANT IT BACK.
I even call all the NEWS media who wants to speak with me. I want this Son Of A B@tc! to pay for what he took me through and I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I GET ALL MY MONEY BACK PERIOD.
AGAIN DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL LYE YOU UP AND DOWN YOUR FACE AND BEWARE OF THE AFRICAN BLACK LADIE JACKEY SHE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL. SHE DON'T KNOW POOP ABOUT THOSE CARES.
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BY THE WAY I PAID $1, 500.00 CASH ALL ONE HUNDRED DOLLOR BILLS.

I was Jackies very first customer. I have bought a Car from that dealer every year from 2002 until 2012. 1 Year I get a new car, the next year my husband gets a new car. That keeps both of us upgrading our vehicles every 2 years or so since we put 20-30k miles a year on them. Jackie has always been my sales person.
Jackie has never lied to customers about cars and is extrememly knowledgeable about the cars she sells.
She also left the Dealer several years ago and no longer works for Not so nu. You either refiled a 2+ year old story or your lying.
Also you paid 2x what the car is worth. No so nu sells under blue book on 90% of their cars. Which reinforces that you seem to have filed a very old report as new again.
