Northwest Investments Pembroke Investments Ltd. slum lords Bridgeton, Missouri
Pembroke Investments Ltd. Claims to be under "new management" it is the same company which owns these buildings.
The company is called Northwest Investments. All they did was fire the last incompetent building manager and bring another one is that is just as bad as the last one. Everyone should avoid all of these buildings which is run by this company. The new building manager is just a b***h and does absolutely nothing to help tenants there are still bed bugs in the building and still heating issues and window issues in the building. Proper maintenance is not done on this building the management just does not care. And if you contact
any government agencies about the ongoing issues in the building you will get either a very high rent increase or an eviction notice. Either way they will just try and drive you out of the building if you complain about the conditions. Also contacting the parent company Northwest Investments has not done very muchgood either they are unresponsive, as long as that greedy owner gets his money he doesn't seem to really care what is going on at the properties he owns.

Don't rent from this company avoid them at all costs!
