Northstar Alarm Services I was stupid and sick and I am totally disabled and these guys are vultures. Orem, Texas
abt 3 yrs ago, I had outpatient surgery. I came home and Northstar alarm came by and I told them to go a way. They came back. I let them install this alarm. I already had security system with a smaller keypad and no contract. they said oh we have these key chain alert buttons; you can use them like you use life alert. I let them go ahead and put it in.
Before the 3 days, I knew this was really stupid. Still I thought if they take this large pad out of here, my wall is ruint and I will have to redo the whole paint job etc and I am too sick for this. The system never worked and I was too busy and didn't feel well. I didn't have the contract. I don't remember that day to know why. Every once in awhile I contacted them to see if they would help me. They kept telling me when I shut the back door correctly they could test the alarm for me. My son finally dealt with it and they said the key alarms were never set up and the connection on the back door wasn't correct. They have been charging me $45 and the guy said I had a 5 yr contract. Now they are taking out $75 a month on me twice since they have been here. I quess because they had to come over and set it up! I am feeling better for some reason. I am practically homebound and need a lung transplant but had kidney cancer. These guys are a bunch of real jerks.!!!!!! I have a phone near by and if I can't call 911, forget it. I am calling them and giving them a piece of my mindl
