Norma iniguez Norma Iniguez scheduled an appointment outside of our service area, failed to call us in to the gate, refuses to pay after wasting our time, gas and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rowland Heights California
Norma Iniguez made an appointment with us for August 16, 2017 between 9 am and 11 am. We arrived promptly at 9 am and gave the gated guard our company name and the address we were going to service. He said we were not added to the vendor list and called Norma Iniguez who didn't answer. We waited and called her several times. This woman doesn't even live in our service area however, we made an exception as she seemed desperate for an immediate appointment. Over 90 minutes of our time, gas and money wasted. This woman has ignored our invoices and has zero class, thinks it's ok to waste our time. Trashy
