The ad offers a free trial, just pay to ship. I received the supplements in the mail one week later. I then call the company to make sure there will be no more pills sent out and no more charges are taken from my credit card when the person on the phone tells me that I have already missed my trial time deadline and have been charged for the full price of the product. Which is impossible because I received them in the mail the exact hour of which I'm calling! I cannot be past my 30 day trial period in ONE HOUR! The lady operator tells me that she is sorry but there is nothing she can do but for me to call back next month to see if I can cancel at that time. Which is ridiculous because now they will send another bottle out and charge me for that TOO!
