Complaint Review: Nitin Khurana - CHANDIGARH,CH,160023 Internet

To Whom it May Concern;

This Rip Off Report is for an Ebay Store Owned by Mr. Nitin Khurana that operates under the Ebay Store name of Nitinkhurana001.  I recently purchased a Xolo q900 Windows 8 Phone from his store which was supposedly unlocked and in perfect working Condition.  I purchased the Phone as I was in need of the lightest Phone in the Market as when I Cycle or do strenuous Walking the Phone wont weigh as much in my Pockets. 

I now own the Lightest Android in the Market which is the Alcatel Idol and wanted a Windows 8 Phone so I bought one from this store.  The first point, I want to make is that when I receieved the Phone the Package was pre-opened.  The second point, I want to make was that the Box was dirty and had Lip Stick streaks all over the Packaging.  Despite it arriving in this Condition the Phone was actually in tact so I was glad because of this.  So, now I take the Windows 8 Phone to get the Phone activated at the AT&T Store in Chicago, IL.  It turns out that the Phone will not Register the AT&T SIM Card I Purchased.

Then, I take the Phone to the T-Mobile Carrier and they Tested out a SIM Card which I appreciated did not have to purchase and received the same thing does not Register or recognize the SIM Card.  I then reset the phone that I had Customized to see if this was the issue and low and behold the same problem but this time it will not even connect to a WiFi Network.  I have been an Ebay Customer for some time and seldom have these type of Problems with any Electronics I have purchased Online.

This Ebay Store is based out of India and states that per their Return Policy or exchange timeframe is 14 days.  However, what has me stumped the most or even frustrated is that I explained the situation to this person and they simply did not listen to their US based Customer nor offer any type of resolution.  The moral of the Story is if you stumble upon this Ebay Store purchasing a Cell Phone becareful of buying anything from them as they are not "Customer Sevice Focused and will not work with you or be responsible for any defective Product they sell to you. 

If you do happen to purchase anything from them assure that they understand that if the Phone does not register the SIM Card or does Not work you want a full refund and or an even Exchange.  Pleople like this should be put out of Business for Unethical Business Practices.  Mr. Nitin Khurana you should be ashamed of yourself and learn better Business Practices.

and we sell only authentic mobiles , we had a chain of buyers all over the world ..

we are top rated seller of Mobile phones . .

And you had to think all before ordering as we also bear many costs and no more profits ..
