I visited Nino D'Arena salon in Erin Mills Town Centre about two years ago, and I can recall the bad experience I had there. I made my appointment with a senior stylist, and showed up at the right time, showed him the style I wanted, and he proceeded to tell me that my hair wasn't the right type to suit the style. I figured, "hey, he should know what he is doing, since I am paying $50 for this haircut." As he was cutting it, one of the associated started to joke around with the stylist, telling him stuff by the lines of "the haircut is a joke and I(customer) could do it myself". I thought that was pretty rude, although I myself was losing faith in this stylist, the job felt rushed and the service was not personalized at all. Fast forward to a few hours later, I decided I would make some adjustments to my hair, and a few cuts here, there, and EVERYWHERE, my hair very much resembled the hair I wanted in the first place. In conclusion, I will never pay $50 for any service that Nino D'Arena offers, either I will cut my own hair or I will go to a more trusted salon, such as Salon Park Avenue that has MUCH BETTER service for a much better price.

This report contains many lies and false accusations. It seems to me that you have a bad reputation considering the fact every salon turned you down. We have many top trained stylists at our salon and the fact that we've been in Eaton Centre since the early 1980's proves something about our reputation in Toronto. It is actually humurous how you talk about hair like your the professional. I think you should cut your own hair since you know so much.We did not earn a high reputation by "shredding" client's heads. You seem to love to exxagerate and create attention. Also there is no Tony who works at this salon. If it was such a terrible experience why did you only ask for a fraction of the service cost refunded. Two brown color applications does not cause hair to fall out. Why would a manufacturer create a product like that? Do you use the right products? Because some shampoos cause colors to fade. Its also kind of funny on how the pictures didn't turn out. You are making stories to get a free service and now you want retribution because you spent $200. Next time I suggest to do your own hair or go to a lower class salon.
