I placed an order with nicnacsgeneral.com the beginning of March 2017. The order was a hoodie and I received a confirmation email from them but it got deleted. I tried many times to contact them through their Facebook, email, and telephone. Nothing worked. The money was taken out of my account but I never received my purchase.

I ordered a baby outfit at the beginning of April 2017. I emailed the company many times and received no response. They took the money out of my account the day I ordered but I received no confirmation email. I went to look for their website a few weeks ago and it said "webpage not found." I was immediately irate because they took the money and I did not receive my item. I want my money back from them!
