Ordered the trial creams. Got them. Tried them. was allergic. called to cancel.
First representative sd ok it is cancelled and will get email confirmation for full refund.. Never got email. called back. another representative sd he could only give 30% then 50% refund. sd email would be sent immeidiately. Never got either email. Now we know NOT what they are doing.
Calling our bank to see if it can be rectified. We did offer to mail back at our own expense the trial samples. They sd no. The second representative sd that we did not cancel within the 14 days. It is a scam . A scam to make at least $50 for absolutely nothing and a cream (s) that make me allergic.
