LAST YEAR THEY TOOK MY 200 BONUS MINUTED AWAY. AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER CARE THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO THE BONUS DEPARTMENT. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME BACK MY 200 BONUS MINUTES BUT EVERY YEAR I WOULD HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT. LAST MONTH ON 3 OF MY PHONES(I HAVE 9) THEY TOOK ALL OF MY ANYTIME MINUTES AND LEFT MY UNLIMITED NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS. NO PHONE CALL NO E-MAIL NOTHING. AFTER BEING SWITCHED FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT FINALLY WHEN THE BILL GENERATES I GOT A MANAGER TO AGREE TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT

THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME BACK MY ORGINAL PRICING PLAN OF 700 MINUTES. THEY TOLD ME I WAS MISINFORMED AND BONUS MINUTES ARE ONLY GOOD FOR A YEAR. KEEP IN MIND I'VE HAD THESE PLANS FOR 2 YEARS.THEY AGREED TO GIVE ME THE NEXTEL BREAKTHROUGH 5000.(IN WHICH THEY GAVE ME THESE BONUS MNINUTES CAUSE THIS IS THE ORGINAL PLAN I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE BUT THE REPRESENTIVE NEVER GAVE TO ME SO A SUPERVISOR GAVE ME THIS PLAN CUSTOMIZES FOR ME AND ALSO TOLD ME AT THE TIME OF SET UP THAT I WOULD HAVE TO RENEW MY PLAN EVERY YEAR.

I ALSO HAVE AN E-MAIL FROM NEXTEL FROM 10/03 STATING THIS PLAN WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE AND MENTIONING NOTHING ABOUT ONLY FOR 12 MONTHS. EXCUSE ME BUT I HAVE A CONTRACT ON ALL MY PHONES, I THOUGHT THAT WAS A PURPOSE OF A CONTRACT. SO IN OTHER WORDS A CONTRACT TO NEXTEL MEANS I MUST STAY WITH THEM AND PAY THE BILL BUT THEY CAN CHANGE MY PLAN EVEN WITH NO MINUTES WHENEVER THEY WANT
