The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Jack Robbins during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards Next Level.

Next Level which operates on the Clevelonly website aims to assist professionals with their pending career transitions. Jack Robbins expressed great passion for his company and stated the following in regard to their business model, "in my opinion most senior executives throw away their careers. They all send in the same resume with proven results, proven talent, I drive revenue, etc. and truly nobody cares. What we do is we work with these people we take 30 days and we create an executive profile. It is everything about the individual. It is not just I lead people. In my opinion everyone's life has a story. When you go through these stories you see a totally different person. You see a person with the dimension that other people with resumes don’t have. So, we spend those 1st 30 days interviewing and going through stories everything like that. After the 30 days, we are going to have a very special client whom I like to call a wow client it is someone you can say wow how did I get this guy. That is what we do for the first 30 days. After that we do our marketing and we actually handle the whole job search. It is not about coaching and it's not about say this or do this. It is having something significant to say and getting with the right people to say it to. We market them many times and we correct if something is not drawing people. We modify, and we rewrite and do what we have to do. What happens is with the people it is a little different from an ordinary type of company because anyone that becomes a client, we represent them as an agent for a period of 2 years. A process like this change everything."

Leads for Next Level are primarily obtained through resumes submitted by interested applicants. From there, "somebody would walk you through the program and if you felt it was right for you then you take the trial period. If you take the trial period and are still happy, they talk to me. If you are happy with me taking you through the program, then you will become a client. The first 30 days would be going through everything you have ever done in your career. After the 30 days, we create an executive profile and we start marketing you."

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – NEXT LEVEL

Jack Robbins was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He stated the following, "these situations do happen because we are marketing people. We don’t guarantee we are just assisting people. And sometimes you get people who don’t have much happening and are a little frustrated. There is never an extra charge as our client but we do what we have to do. Sometimes we will give some money back which makes people feel good."

When asked to comment on the complaint placed on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Robbins expressed that this was a false complaint as his company never worked with this individual and no financial transaction was made, "The complaint that I got was from a person who spoke with a sales person and he did not like her and he told her he was going to post. He never worked with us, he never paid us, he doesn’t know us but that whole ripoff report says that we are a scam, that the website doesn’t look good it was a horrible thing that he did. The biggest problem that we have had is not customers complaining but people who have never worked with us."

In order to ensure that clients are receiving the best experience possible Next Level is dedicated to providing clear expectations and communication through their customer service department. Mr. Robbins stated the following, "if you start to get someone that questions you in a way the moment you hear it tell them that someone from customer service will call them and get off the phone because you are not going to win that. When people do that there is no sense to them. People know they can post they can ruin a company and there is nothing that you can do absolutely nothing. Yeah, 99% of people don’t do that they are decent people but you get that 1% that will and that's the real problem. Nothing can really change it except to say to my people if someone starts questioning you just tell them someone from customer service will call them and they will be able to answer their questions."

We never worked with this gentleman or took money from him. He spoke to one of my Saleswomen (he didn’t like her) And decided we are a scam. He said everything negative about our company possible. Its people like this try to ruin accompanies reputation out of anger and resentment. They do this because they can. In my opinion, this person is mental. If we contact him, he will post everything in the world about us on the internet. This man is dangerous. He is not a normal unhappy customer.
