Newltel is a joke
I signed up for DSL anywhere service Jan 2001. After many days trying to get connected, I finally recieved intermittant, barely usable (9600baud)service in March, I tried to use it for a month.
They came to my house , fell through my second floor ceiling, still have not finished fixing it, have never restored service, continue to send invoices, and now threaten me with collections. They are horrific.
I have filed reports with BBB, and all consumer protection agencies, and I am filing small claims court soon. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH NEWLTEL, OR ROGER SEDLAK !!
I understand the NJ state consumer protection agency is investigating them, and all local county complaints are being handled by the state office in NJ.
