Newegg I ordered a 9SIA5EF66W03 Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet 128GB. I received a Microsoft Surface 64 GB windows RT. Alpaugh California
Company is not processing a refund or exchange. They only want to accept a return if I can prove the item is defective. They shipped the wrong item. Contacting customer service has taken days. What makes this worse is that it is the only Christmas gift for my teen son. I foolishly trusted this company with all of my funds for his gift.
