$10 internal SCSI cable ripoff
This fly by night company sold me a no-name internal scsi cable (they
refused to name the manufacturer or their supplier) that didn't work.
I noticed that this cable was not indeed a standard cable and I
returned three days after my original purchase (I bought the cable on
1/24/2000) to return it and get my money back. They absolutely refused
even though I had my reciept and it clearly states they have a 7 day
return policy. They said I would have to sue them for my $10. When
I asked for their names, they refused -- even the so called manager. I
think this is due to the fact that they sell used and defective
products as new.
The thing that galls me is that it is obvious that they never honor any refunds or compliants. The customer is always wrong. The manager and the salesmen were all super-rude and abusive. Even though it's only $10. I don't want them to get away with this.
