I was ordering a different product when the pop up ad came up for this product. By accident, I clicked on it thinking I was forwarding to the next page of my first order.
The order for this product came in the mail 12 days later. When I called them to tell them that I never ordered this and that I wanted to send it back, the customer rep argued that my 14 days were up and that I was going to be charged the $90+ .
Then he proceeded to ask me to try the product. I refused, stating that it has caffeine and that I cannot have caffeine. The rep continued to badger me when I told him I wanted a refund. After nearly an hour on the phone, where he insulted my intelligence for ordering it in the first place, he finally consented to refund my payment. The product was for BIO-X KETO Natural Weight Loss Formula. Do not order this. Even if I had ordered it on purpose, there was not enough time to try the product since they sent it to me so late.
