Neurocet Lied about product, Refund Policy online differs from mail-order, Useless Product South Portland Maine
I received in the mail for a product called Neurocet. It advertizes a natural pain relief remedy as oppose to using an acetaminophen. I have used Tylenol, Aleeve, and Advil for my pain relief which usually takes up to a week. I have arthritis flare ups in the winter. According to a testimonial for neurocet, a person with arthritis for 25 years experienced relief after four days. I used the product for two weeks and my pain increased. I first ordered neurocet on 1/20/15. It cost $46.90. I was then told i would receive auto-shipments on the same shipping date of my first order for $39.95. No shipping and handling fees for auto-ship. So, my order was shipped 1/30/15. I received it 2/6/15. While on this trial basis, Neurocet charged my card $39.95 on 2/16/15 for a second shipment. When I called to inquire about it I was told it was too late to cancel auto-ship and the product was already being processed. She added future auto-shipments would be canceled. I believe her name was Trisha, and the phone number for customer service was 800-397-2148. In closing the mail order claims and I quote "Neurocet has to do everything it says or I will get a full refund no questions asked. If you go to their web-site you will read this on their return policy. You must speak to a customer service representative. You then would have to send in the unopened unit in order to receive a refund. I have not received the second shipment yet. I have been charged $86.85 for sugar pills. Come to think of it this is just plain false advertising. I was charged for a second shipment before I completed the first. This is a fake product. Please do not buy this. I used my debit card for this transaction now I must check with my bank for further action.

I have been a user of Loratab ( narcotic pain killer ) for more than 15 years. My neurologist of 9 yrs recently told me about his personal experience with Neurocet a week or so ago. Like myself he suffers with chronic pain. He was so excited to tell me about Neurocet.
I am a also a cynic! I told my wife of 27 yrs what the Doc was so excited about. She did the research and ordered "a year supply for me". A little background about my medical history before my experiance with Neurocet.
I am 61 yrs old. At age 16 they found a tumor on my rt ischium of the pelvis and it was benign and removed. At 25 lateral ligament reconstruction rt ankle. At age 53 rt shoulder repair for torn rotator and labrum damage. My doctor explained my shoulder as one of an "80 yr old man". The repair is not sucessful but due to the lack of tissue to work with he recommends a "reverse shoulder replacement" which he does not perform. I am sent to a specialist and he explained he only does replacement surgery on people 70 or older. I try therapy, unsuccessful. So I do my best with pain mgt. and narcotics.
Between 2009 and 2013 I had 3 more surgeries, this time on my left shoulder and the doctor informs me I have degenerative tissue due to arthritis and the only thing he could due for me on surgery #3 was to get me out of pain and to be able to use my shoulder but with no strength.
In November of 2014 I had the 1st of 2 back surgeries to remove bone fragments due to arthritis. I am now looking at injections of steroids and epidural pain mgt.
Enter Neurocet. The first day I took 1 capsule. Within 10 mins I had "0" pain. I kept waiting for the pain to kick in, because I am a total skeptic, but it did not. All I noticed was after 9-10 hours it started to wear off and my pain returned til I went to bed. Next day, the same thing thing. I keep waiting for it NOT to work but it continues to work everytime with no side effects other than more energy than Ive had in years!
In closing, I NEVER write letters about products good or bad but after reading about negative comments about the only thing that took my pain away after 15 yrs of narcotic use and several bouts of addiction I felt it warranted this letter.Thanks for reading.
