In March 2016, the Social Security Administration forwarded a Direct Deposit of 735.00 to Netspend subsequent to my being waylaid for several months. Once I was able to visit the SSA office I was informed of the deposit and when I contacted Netspend, they told me that the Pin # I used to gain access to the account, was not under my name. And, when I did give them my name so to verify who I am, they were able to pull up an account under my name where it indicated that I owed them 9.(+) dollars. They did nothing to correct the matter. I'd really like to begin or be part of a Class Action Lawsuit against Netspend.
