I was playing spades on my phone and a little icon popped up that said "
THIS IS NOT A JOKE" you have two minutes to claim your $7500 dollar
prepaid visa, so I clicked on the icon to claim it and it asked me what I
would do with the money I won and me thinking it's real I told them.
They set me up to making false plans with that money and I think they should
pay for that.
This is just another reason the government should not be in the business of providing free cellphone service to anyone!

There is no way this story is real. If it is real, thank you so much for the laughs. How could anyone actually believe something like this? I see those pop ups on my mobile or MP3 player and did click it just to see what it means. It says that you can load up to 7500 on the card. Why would they randomly give out 7500? Seriously, you need help.

it is a foolish thing to believe everything you are told....first i think you knew in the first place you was not going to receive $7500.00 you wanted to believe that really you forced yourself to believe such a thing
secondly netspend has an affiliate program and when people take advantage of making money by referring others to sign up for a netspend card they get really creative with it in order to earn a commission.
you were a victim of such circumstances...netspend is not to blame here...it was your own greed and stupidity that led you to get upset and make this complaint...really you should be upset at yourself and ashamed that as an adult you foolishly allowed yourself to belive this

I suppose there is a certain level of gullibility required to make this work and such reports should be expected.
What you describe is a common scam. Do you really think that random pop-ups can actually net you $7500? I suppose if you're willing to believe that, then you're probably willing to believe that Netspend actually had anything to do with this.
" they said they never advertised such thing and they don't know what im talking about. "
Of course they don't, because you clicked on a scammer's pop-up and stupidly gave away your personal info to a stranger. The longer you remain unaware of your colossal blunder, the better for the scammers.
