Bought a streaming media device for close to 500 dollars. This company offers almost no instruction or support for devices sold. When going to crappy facebook support page they only answer if they feel like it. And when you complain of crappy service the tech who claims to be the owner of the company will argue with you to no end explaining how its only your fault their crappy price of hardware doesn't work. This clown claimed he would stand behind his lproduct and give me a double my refund if I could prove I paid 500 dollars for his defective device. When I proved it he weaseled out of the refund by claiming I bought it from a third party distributor but that's the only way to buy their product from a dealer.

This person and company is a sham they are liars and weasels and don't stand behind their products they have no honor and are shameful. They can't stand not to have the last word. The owner literally spent 5 hours arguing with me on facebook because he had to have the last word. When he finally seen I was finished with his childish behavior he spouted off a last petty insult so ad not to take any responsibility whatsoever then he blocked me on the tech support page from messaging. So now I have a 500 dollar product that they willfully and intentionally provide no support options for and refuse to refund my money. Don't buy from these people they laugh and send little cartoons of a guy laughing and counting money. They are proud they rip people off. Shameful
