Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Nightmare began when I was reffered by my physician to Radiology for mri. Turned out, my physician and Radiology was discontinued from my insurance co. Healthnet ppo, took my card and didn't inform me that neither was no longer on list of providers. Next thing I know, NCO sends me bill, no info on dates etc..and start making payments I couldn't afford..Right after extensive back surgery, a lady called..I hope I still can find name..says they can't accept payments has to be paid in full even though my insurance company denied 1,300.00 for being above reasonable and customary.

They cashed the checks, told me not to send anymore until I gave them a complete rundown over the phone of my husbands finances, work, etc..I said that I don't give out personal info. over phone, to send me something to fill out in the mail, and I would make arrangements..she said they don't do business by mail and I was uncooperative. She then asked if my husband was on my house title (Older home with lots of equity due to inheritance) and berated me for not refinancing or selling the home and paying them in full. I told her since I am now disabled I doubt if I'd qualify, she then told me she had lot of contacts that would qualify me..she really pushed this.

I didn't think this was right, I was very ill, taken off guard, my mother-in-law who was helping out while I was recuperating wanted me to contact credit services to file a complaint, she was standing next to me when she saw me start crying and trying to explain to this horrid, cruel women what the deal was. Stupid me, I stopped making payments, thinking they would just keep cashing the checks but not reducing the bill..well never received any type of agreement to fill out..A man appeared on my property as I was getting out of my car, I was scared to death, didn't hear him, wanted to know if I was selling the bbq..kept asking if he scared me, as I was walking away asked if I lived here, went up to the dogs, etc..I was shaking and walked in the house...

I get a supeona to appear in court for a judgement lien on my home last month, and a few days ago NCO is requesting judgement before court date...I tried to call radiology for my records, preauthorization, referral, and got yelled at transferred to billing and hung up on..no I wasn't rude, they just got mad because I said the preauth and referral slip was what I wanted..I'm scared, I don't know if I have time to get the records I need from these companies, they have an attorney for small claims court and tacked on another 600.00 approx. for that.

If I could afford an attorney I would have paid them off in full and fought this when I was better prepared..I check placer county and they have tons of judgements, you can't even go thru them all, just imagine sacramento..am I going to lose my home, I just want my records and to be able to talk to the judge and figure out what I really do owe, if anything, and pay it off..I never want to deal with these people again..Imagine some one berating you for paying them a hundred dollars a month.
