NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS Paid this bill and Now they want me to pay it again after 5 year Horsham, Pennsylvania
I remember paying this bill because the Dentist wouldn't finish the dental work on me until it was. They took a bill from a company that dosent exist anymore. Another Dr. took over this practice. My account had to be paid in full before he would do any work on my mouth. So I know they are lying they found an old report and are trying to cash in!

NCO used to purchase a lot of trash debt and most of the managers involved did not care. They constantly took the approach it was not worth their time, which ultimately affects everyone.
Whenever someone has an issue with regards to any debt, submit a dispute notice to NCO's legal department and it will be routed accordingly. Additionally, if you have a name of a manager or vp, they can typically be contacted by using first[email protected].
NCO was a decent company, but it grew too fast and with the wrong people in vital positions who would cut each others throat for a dollar. Personally, I hope they suffer greatly and lose everything, they earned it.
