1/9/08: Order made online (used my credit card)

Date Ordered: Wednesday 09 January, 2008

1/10/08: order verified

billing info rec'd by UPS - 1Z55V9Y70391415613

1/24/08: I sent first inquiry "Has my order been shipped yet?"

1/25/08: Mary Smith sent me tracking number (which I already had)

1/28/08: Mary responds, "You can continue to wait or our bank can gladly refund you."

Next email, same day, Mary responds, "Sorry for the inconvenience, you will receive your refund. Our office is no longer issuing the refunds, our bank has now taken over and will be issuing any refunds that need to be made. It will take 1-2 weeks to post to your account."

2/25/08: My email to Mary, "It has been 3 weeks since I received word from you that my refund would be made. You mentioned it will take 1-2 weeks to post to my account. How soon should I expect for this to be completed?"

3/10/08: My email to Mary, "It has been 5 weeks since I received word..."

3/13/08: Mary's response, "Our bank is in charge of refunding people, we will go check the status of your refund and e-mail you a response."

3/28/08: My email to Mary, "It's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything regarding the status of my refund."

4/15/08: My general email to Naxpmedia: "To Whom It May Concern, I have not seen my account refunded. Please contact me ASAP. I've been very patient. Just credit my account $58.98 and we can end this ordeal."

4/21/08: billing info for this shipment was voided by UPS (as per UPS site)

4/25/08: After getting no response at all, I resent the email from 4/15/08

5/7/08: My email to them, "Please have someone contact me immediately regarding my refund of Order Number: 4513. I placed this order on 1/10/08 and, since you are unable to deliver the items, I need to have the amount charged to my credit card refunded with no further delay. This has been dragging on too long. Please resolve this immediately.

I have heard nothing further from them to date (7/31/08) and doubt that I ever will.
