The following report is all in my opinion:

Be very cautious doing any business with this company. I don't even know if you can technically call them a company.  They state of Arizona said it has no record of a company on file called Nature's Slim.

What this person does is set up online sites, drives people in through advertisements of a trail offer or samples of Garcinia Cambogia if you pay the shipping.  It is not disclosed to the customer that in reality they are going to bill your credit card more at a later date.  The terms have to be found searching their site.  It should be upfront what you will be billed later, not a surprise.

When the customer orders the product they believe they are just paying the shipping of $3.95, a little while later they nail your credit card $119.00 under the name  gcamstr*garcambstore.

With us we never even received the product and got billed over and over on our credit card.

Then after that two charges for smaller amounts are billed to your credit card for a few bucks each.  They claim it is for the shipping.

This company has very misleading business practices and I have reported them to the Attorney Generals Office, The US Postal Service, the Police and the Fed's.

When you call in to complain about the overbilling you are dealing with someone that doesn't speak english well, sounds like a call centre, and they claim they are in Arizona.   They try to argue with you, very uncooperative, and try to talk you down on how much they will refund you.  They also never give you a confirmation number for your credit card company when they finally do agree to refund you.  So at the end of the day you are taking their word for it.

I would be interested in hearing from anyone else on here that has fallen for this, or if they have more information on who is running this operation.  The address they provide in Scottsdale, AZ is a mail drop (UPS Store).

I encourage anyone having dealings with this group to report it to the IC3 unit of the FBI, the Arizona Attorney Generals Office, and the Federal Trade Commission, and the Scottsdale Police Department.
