Natural High Supplement Warehouse is a legitimate business that has been in service for almost 12 years. They currently ship out almost 800 orders a day while only having a staff of about 30 total employees. The several people report not getting their orders in a timely fashion, are a small percentage of the total companies business. Truth is; most orders are shipping in 24 to 48 business hours. Natural High Supplement Warehouse is a combination of two companies... Natural High (a retail store) and Supplement Warehouse (the online company). Company management stays very vigilant to ensure the featured products remain instock however due to in-store sale surges, occasionly things become sold out. Other items featured on the site are considered "special order items'' and are ordered at from the manufacturer or vender at the time the order is placed. These occasionally take slightly longer and are shipped out at top priority once they arrive to the shipping headquarters. Considering the size of this company it is doing quite well competing with large companies such as bodybuilding.com and massnutrition.com. It is unfair to submit an order with several price matches after close of business on a Friday and expect it at your door by Monday morning. Every price match that is submitted is reviewed and researched by on-site staff. Several orders are also submitted by greedy people who try to pull on over on the system to receive supplements for cheaper which wastes the price matching staffs time and further delays the orders of other customers as those orders are canceled. Help desk tickets are a very convenient way to contact customer service also. Several people claim that they do not receive responses and that their emails simple get "resolved", well here is the story behind that. Upon response to the help desk tickets the Customer Service Rep changes the status to resolved and then continues to respond to the ticket. Several email carriers have emails such as help desk ticket responses and other vital emails (even ones containing order information such as back orders, discontinued items and tracking information) are automatically filtered into the spam, bulk or junk mail folders and remain unseen. This is not the fault of the company. The customer service reps as well as management work very hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Very often the customer expects more than any company would be able to offer. If you place an order, it ships the next day or so but is lost by the postal service or UPS, what good does it do to call the company and raise trouble? We as a company fufilled every obligation to ship the order, there is only so much we can do to get it delivered. As a consumer myself who knows what its like to be on the other end of line can't help but wonder why people can be so impatient and lack some sort of understanding that things happen that are unforseen to all parties and are in no way intentional. So for all those customers who have been dissatisfied with this company, take a look from all the possible angles before you decide to pick up the phone and ream out the customer service representative on the other end. They themselves did not cause your item to be out of stock or delay your order. Treat others like you would want to be treated.

I have used this company and althought they are slow in getting things shipped, the order does arrive. I don't save much with shipping charges included, but it is convenient. All of my correspondence has been handled by courteous and knowledgable personnel.

As I read this rip-off report, I too, was concerned about placing another order with Natural High Supplement Warehouse. I have ordered product from them before, but through another web site, and I did receive my package, no problem. The phone number the rip-off cites is NOT the phone number on my receipt from the Supplement Warehouse themselves. Maybe it's someone pretending to be them that is doing the scamming.

I just recently ordered from this company, over 200$ worth of supplements, and after a week of waiting, I hadn't received anything except an email stating my order was received and to "please allow up to 14 days to receive." AFter finding this website and seeing "Natural High" on here, I REALLY began to worry. I called my Credit card company and let them know not to accept anymore charges from them andf then proceeded to call Natural High. What I got was very couteous and helpful operators who assured me that my order would arrive. To make the long story short, after I called them and received assurance that my order would be shipped and that they don't rip people off, my order arrived. I feel really bad that I had to call them and harrass them, insult them, and even threaten lawsuits, when in the end, they were a legit business to begin with. because of this, I felt I owed them a rebuttal on here, and an apology. Please feel free to contact me if you have any reservations, because I did save about 50 to 60 bucks on my order.

I have shopped at this place with no problem. I have never ordered from them via the internet or by phone. The owner seems like a great guy and I like the deals they offer
