Below I have copied the letter that I have mailed to Aldo DiSorbo and copied his contractors Damrons Moving and Executive Insurance Services and. The letter details the Lying, Fraud, Theft, Misrepresentation and Breach of Contract I have encountered in dealing with this company and its contractors. My message to everyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL HAVE YOUR THINGS AUCTIONED OFF AS I DID.

Mr. DiSorbo,

I have tried to communicate with several people at your company regarding the loss of my belongings which were in your care. To date, I have gotten absolutely nowhere.

I am writing this letter in seek of a resolution to what I feel are acts of FRAUD, THEFT, MISPREPRESENTATION and BREACH OF CONTRACT that have been inflicted on me by you and your contractors.

I PAID YOU to MOVE, STORE and INSURE my belongings. Today I AM OUT OF MY RELOCATION COSTS and ALL OF MY BELONGINGS because YOU AND YOUR CONTRACTORS have LOST ALL OF MY BELONGINGS.

June 16, 2006, Brenda, your relocation manager at Nationwide, notified me that my belongings were AUCTIONED OFF. Mrs. --- went on to explain that YOUR CONTRACTED CARRIER, DAMRON'S MOVING and their employees put my belongings in a SELF-STORAGE, namely PUBLIC STORAGE and NOT A COMMERCIAL WAREHOUSE STORAGE FACILITY AS PER THE CONTRACT , and that MY BELONGINGS WERE PUT IN A PERSON'S NAME and NOT THE COMPANY'S NAME. This is THEFT. She went on to explain that they DID NOT PAY THE STORAGE COMPANY and thus my belongings were AUCTIONED OFF. THIS IS MISREPRESENTATION, BREACH OF CONTRACT, FRAUD AND THEFT.

June 16TH Mrs. --- went on to say my INSURANCE COLLAPSED. Stephanie and Nicole of YOUR CONTRACTED INSURANCE COMPANY, EXECUTIVE INSURANCE SERVICES contacted me and said I did not purchase insurance through 6 months. This is a LIE as my INSURANE REQUEST FORM CLEARLY STATES, 6 MONTHS. Nicole went on to say that even though I requested 6 MONTHS ON MY INSURANCE REQUEST FORM, was QUOTED and PAID what was asked of me for the 6 months of storage and insurance, SHE DID NOT charge me for 6 months. Mrs. --- and Mrs. --- are now saying that THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND I AM NOT COVERED. This is LYING, MISPRESENTATION, BREACH OF CONTRACT, and FRAUD.

I contracted YOUR COMPANY for full relocation services for my move from Indianapolis Indiana to Washington DC, which included storage and insurance for 6 months and delivery to my permanent location in the Washington DC area. I paid the entire contract amount upfront INCLUDING PAYMENTS TO ALL OF YOUR CONTRACTORS AS REQUESTED BY YOU.

I began calling your company on May 1, 2006 to request that my belongings be delivered to my permanent residence. Since my request for delivery, I have been given a COMPLETE RUN AROUND:

Beginning May 1, I was given Damron's phone number by your employee in Customer Service - Ashley - who told me to call Damron's to request my delivery date.

By May 5thth I still had not received a return call from Damron's. Thus I contacted the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to request their assistance in communicating with your company and get a delivery date from Damrons.

By the beginning of the third week of May I still had NOT RECEIVED a call back from your contracted carrier Damron's Moving OR YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH MY DELIVERY DATE. Ashley and a Manager in Customer Service, Sara, continued to tell me that they were working on contacting Damron's to confirm a delivery date.

By May 18th I received a response from the Southeast Better Business Bureau's (BBB) Roslyn, who contacted you on my behalf. Your employee, Isaac, Resolution Specialist, stated in his response to the BBB that he had contacted the carrier and had received a tentative delivery date for the end of the month of May and that the carrier would contact me directly to confirm.

In that same week, I received a call from Ashley and Sara that my confirmed delivery date was May 30th.

In that same week, Brenda, an employee from YOUR CONTRACTOR Damron's Moving called me and said that I still owed them. That was a LIE. I PAID the entire amount upfront AS PER MY AGREEMENT WITH YOU. Brenda dialed Victor, the driver at Damrons, on three-way, who said he did not get payment from me. This was A LIE. I PAID HIM, AS PER REQUESTED BY YOU. He was specifically speaking of the MONEY ORDER PAYMENTS I MADE TO HIM ON HIS ARRIVAL IN INDIANAPOLIS. I made these payments to him - AS PER REQUESTED BY YOU.

I then immediately called Mrs. ---- and relayed the conversation with Brenda at Damron's. Mrs Roberts said she would talk with Brenda.

On May 23rd I spoke again with Mrs. ---. She said that I need to fax her the money order receipt stubs.

With the request from Mrs. ----, on May 25th I DROVE 20 HOURS TO INDIANA (and back to DC) to get my money order receipt stubs.

May 26th, I faxed the receipt stubs to Mrs. ---. Mrs. ---- then said she would call Damron's.

May 26th, Mrs. ---- called me back and said that Damron's is now saying that I owe them because my shipment was over the estimated weight. This was a LIE. Notification was never received AT THE TIME THEY PICKED ME UP OR AT ANY OTHER TIME that my shipment was over the estimated weight. Mrs. ---- said they could fight on my behalf once I give them more proof of payment.

She asked that I get copies of the actual money orders showing who they were written to and who signed for them. With this I made several calls to Money Gram Money Order who I purchased them from. They gave me instructions on requesting copies of the money orders and the additional payments I would need to make to them to receive the express photocopies of the money orders.

June 5th, after several follow up calls to Money Gram Money Order, I finally received the express photocopies of the money orders. I then faxed them to Mrs. ---. Mrs. --- said she would then call Damron's and get back to me with a response.

In that same week, I received a call from Sylvia of Damron's Moving. Mrs. --- relayed to me THAT THEY DID NOT KNOW WHERE MY BELONGINGS WERE AND THEY WERE TRYING TO CONTACT OTHER DAMRON'S EMPLOYEES TO GET THE INFORMATION. Mrs. --- also continuously asked me how much I paid as if she did not have my receipts in front of her. I told her she should reference my receipts and speak to Mrs. ---- at your company.

Over the remainder of the week and the top of the following week, I spoke with Mrs. ---- everyday, who relayed to me that someone is continuing to look for my belongings.

At the top of the week of the June 12th. Mrs. ---- relayed to me that the location of my belongings had been identified. She said they were in Ohio. The next step was to get an exact location.

On June 16th, Mrs. --- notified me that my belongings had been AUCTIONED OFF. That they had been put in a self-storage under the name of one of the employees of your contracted carrier, Damron's. She went on to say that the employee only paid enough to open the storage in December, and did not pay any more. When I asked her when my belongings had been auctioned off. She said they had been auctioned off in MARCH.

Mr DiSorbo, you and your contractors Damron's Moving and Executive Insurance Services, have caused me great MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ANGUISH. Not only am I without my furniture and clothes, I have lost personal things that cannot be replaced that include family photo's such as those from my childhood with my mother, father and brothers, personal letters -such as those written to me from my mother while I was in college, pieces of art/figurines passed to me by my grandmother, my collection of hand-made dolls that were given to me as gifts, documents such as papers from college and certificates of multiple sorts, mementoes that I have collected over the years from many people, and places, my autographed books, annuals and scrap books from high school and college, other photos and newspaper clippings from high school and college that include my prom and graduation, and my basketball games, all of which cannot be replaced.

BECAUSE OF YOU I have SUFFERED from being TOYED WITH over the past two months with NON RESPONSIVENESS, DELAYED RESPONSE, EXCESSIVE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION, PROOF OF PAYMENT, and ACCUSSATIONS OF NON PAYMENT AND OUT-RIGHT LYING.

THIS HAS CAUSED ME GREAT MENTAL A PYHISCAL ANGUISH.

FOR THE FRAUD, THEFT, MISPREPRESENTATION AND BREACH OF CONTRACT, I am DEMANDING the value for my belongings which were AUCTIONED OFF. I am DEMANDING COMPENSATION for costs I've incurred over the past two months that pertain to my attempt to have my things delivered. I am DEMANDING COMPENSATION for purchases I have had to make for temporary accommodations because my things were AUCTIONED OFF. I am also DEMANDING COMPENSATION for MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ANGUISH.

I am requesting that I receive resolution by Monday, July 3, 2006.

If I do not receive resolution by Monday, July 3rd, 2006, I will pursue this matter to the fullest extent of the law.
