Nationwide Cyber Systems ripoff frauds terrible customer support staff slow turn around times Hollywood Florida
We purchased our internet Kiosk in July 2003. It took them FOREVER to find us a location, once we did & were ready to install the machine, I phoned the location to see if we needed to do anything only to learn that the place had closed down.
Nationwide was not helpful in resolving this. After many months of searching we found another location and the machine is doing NOTHING monitarily like what they said it would do. It took us almost a year to get our machine up.
We spent THOUSANDS of dollars on this machine & they were VERY unwilling to help us get it up & running!!
