This is a true story of what took place at Madera Court House, California, September 8, 2016. I watched my home sold at a completely fraudulent and fake Trustee Sale that defied every foreclosure auction video on You Tube and every discussion about foreclosure sales. I do not believe that anyone watching the scene that I watched, would say, that what took place seemed like a legitimate home foreclosure auction.

The auctioneer did not know who Aztec Foreclosure was. He did not know who xone.com was. He was not involved with Nationstar Mortgage. He did not say who he was, such as a lawyer or representative of Nationstar, but mentioned the name of a company, not associated with Nationstar. He arrived with a red headed female, who seemed rather unpleasant and rude. Two other females arrived a couple of minutes after that. It appeared that the three knew each other. There were just 5 people for this auction. Only 5 people for a 3 bedroom house on an acre, and they just sat on the grass like people who knew each other having a conversation.

After the bidding, about 3 minutes, the three women walked away together in the same direction. Those three females were there to hike the bid. Nationstar Mortgage had a older gentleman there to buy the property they foreclosed on. This gentleman told me that Nationstar called him and told him to be at this auction to buy the property. It seemed to be conducted in a manner to prevent other people from knowing an auction was in progress. It would appear to anyone watching that a few people were sitting on the grass talking to each other, and not at all engaging in a foreclosure auction. There was no appearance of an auction. No professionalism. It was very quiet, almost secretive, by design it seemed. The auctioneer clearly did not want anyone but the attendees to hear anything.

It was a fraud and a complete scam. The three females left so quickly it was like people trying to disappear. I asked the auctioneer if he knew who they were or had any information about them, such as private party or realtor, but he knew nothing. Nothing was logged. It all seemed so fake to me and after some pretended bids by the three women to get the bid up, Nationstar bid the highest, of course, as planned. I watched very closely and it looked so much like the cons you see in movies. I expected a real auction. These people knew each other and very possibly colluded to fix the price. After all, the bid started at less than $18,000, and ended up well over $100,000.
