my mother passed on in 2008 and left me in a finacial mess
rather than selling our home my brother talked me into a reverse mortgage
he even recomended everbank dba metlife bank my brother worked in the banking buisness
his whole life thought i could trust his recomendation what a fool i was this is a man i found out
from another family member was in on some of the bigest banking scams of the 1980,s and 1990,s
sun trust and all the other florida bank scams of that day i closed on the loan in feb 2009
had a major home fire labor day 2009 found out too late that the homeowners policy i had was
far from covering my losses as i found out too late it was the bare minimum i need to get this loan
and overpriced at that i went ahead and rebuit my home with every dollar from the insurance company
including all my personal property money i found my self in another finacial problem having to replace almost
everything in my home and having to use money from this horible loan my tax assesment went through
the roof due to new assesments on the new ha ha home original home was build in 1931
i am still trying to fight this battle going on five years with suffolk county ny town of huntington ny ect
its wonderful to get old and live where i do my troubles begain when metlife either sold my loan or
whatever they did in 2012 to champion mortgage dba nationstar mortgage they started sending me letters
about charging me for homeowners insurance i already had and sent them proof numerous times
they also started advancing and paying my taxes at the full rate and amount even though numerrous times i
let them know i was fighting them at the town and county levels they put the loan in default status
and started forclosure i went to mandatory arbitration in 0ctober 2015 only to find out from the judge
it does not appy to reverse mortgages and that no help was there for me i the begain looking into how
much i owed on the loan and was in shock i mean real i spend 2 days in the hospital due to stress
after this my son began to look into selling the home for me i have contacted them them numerous times
for a payoff amount and to let them know i wanted to sell the home no answers i then received from my
neighbor a fedex envelop delivered to wrong adress what a shock the paperwork is a motion for sale went to
court on 11/16 waste of time at this point i do not know what to do this loan has almost litteraly doubled in
the last 2 years at this point i think they are just making up fees and amounts i owe them i could really use
some help fast asap fast i thank you i know i have been rambling on

We will be able to advise,consult and educate you. You may be able to receive the compensation you deserve due to the negligence of the lenders involved. It is your obligation to yourself to use your last means of defense to get to the truth of this matter. Once you provide evidence that they have been collecting on your property illegally you can take it to court and petition to void the deed of trust.

All Lenders are must produce the Documents required by Law to prove ownership of the loan. This is called Validation.
