Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
06/15/2009 - Faxed receipt of an ionic breeze (purchased from Sharper Image that no longer works) to "Philip" who said it would take 7-10 days to enter in the system. WOW, now thats goood 'ol American productivity at its finest huh?!

06/26/2009 - "Jen" says they have no record of the purchase or claim in the system but it will be entered by 06/29.

06/30/2009 - "Daryl" says my claim has not been entered in the system and to call back Thursday or Friday.

07/21/2009 - No claim can be found in the system from my previous calls and faxing of the receipt. Supervisor "Ryan" suggested i fax the receipt again to him and he would verify with a call back to me that he received the fax. I received a VM from Ryan stating that he did receive the fax and it would be entered in the system in 7 days.

08/03/2009 - "John" says the contract is not entered in the system and that "Ryan", "Jen", "Philip" are not available. i asked to hold for a supervisor and John came back on the line numerous times stating nobody was available and that i could get a 4 hour call back. i declined the offer and asked to hold. John eventualy came back on th line very frustrates at the inconvenience I was causing HIM because i was tying up his line and he couldnt take other calls!!!!!! So now supervisor Chris gets on the line with the typical platitudes that i always got in lieu of results and hes says he will get the info from supervisor Ryan and personall get the contract entered in the system in 2 days and call me when it is entered in the system.

this entire experience has been far beyond incompetence and is absolute criminal!!!!!!

I dont expect a call back and consequently my next website visit from here is LASuperiorCourt.gov to file a small claims and i WILL go after the $5000.00 max for the hassle and absolute inexcusable breach of contract. I hope the judge sees the absurdity and decides to teach these pricks a lesson by awarding the full amount!
