National Credit Adjusters Harassment...non stop! Waukee, Iowa
I lady named "Carol" calls from the number 1-800-542-1048 and is extremely threatening and rude! She leaves messages stating that "this matter now involves the police and legal system". I called her back, she says she is collecting for "bottom dollar" payday loans. I informed her I never had a payday loan with Bottom dollar (or anyone else) She attempts to get me to give her my SSN and checking account number..are you kidding me?
This company contacts my cell phone at least 15 times per day! I also received a letter in the mail stating that I would soon be facing legal issues if I did not pay 687.00! I sent a certified letter to the company stating that a) I never had a payday loan with Bottom Dollar b)after doing research, Bottom dollar is not even licensed in the state of Iowa to give out payday loans!!!
I use Mr. Number app on my phone which is great as it automatically blocks suspected spam, but 15-20 times per day at all hours of the day and night is illegal and rediculous!
This company is as dirty and fraudulent as the company "Bottom Dollar" they supposedly "bought" the loan from!!!
