I have had to deal with this company, they bought an account that I had last year. I contacted them and they were actually pretty open towards working with me. Set up payments over the course of a year, and any time I had questions or needed to change my payment date, someone always answers the phone and they are helpful.
It's as if you are talking about a different company. My experience has been pretty positive overall. Why would they treat me fairly and then treat you this way? It makes no sense
