National Blind Company offers huge discounts on their name brand products. I wanted a good name brand blind, so I called and asked for the brand on a sample National Blind Co. had sent to me. They said that it was a Levelor blind. That was great, so I ordered the blinds at a big savings. We got the blinds and installed them. Within 2 weeks, they were falling apart. The headrail sagged, the rod fell out and the strings were binding in the rail. I called National Blind Co. on several occasions and they promised to take care of it, but never did. Finally I sent an e-mail to Levelor Blind Company. They immediately responded and after some research found out that the blinds that i had received were not Levelor, but made by Spring (whoever they are). I contacted National Blind Co. and demanded my money back. They lied to me, they misrepresented the product to me, and again they blew me off. They say all they can do is replace the blinds for free. I do not want new blinds that will fall apart in another 2 weeks. It's not worth it. In the meantime I bought new Levelor blinds from Sears. Moral: don't buy from National Blind Company because they liars and cheaters!
